These terms apply when you use krinkies.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Emergencies and safety
Do not use the website forms for emergencies. Forms are not monitored around the clock. For no heat, no cooling or another urgent problem, call us at 651-488-5555.
If you smell natural gas, if a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, or if you see sparks, smoke or burning from electrical equipment, leave the house first. Then, from outside, call 911 or your gas or electric utility.
The articles and guides on this site are general information. They do not replace an inspection of your equipment by a qualified technician. Gas, refrigerant and electrical work can cause fire, injury or death and often requires a license and a permit. Do not attempt repairs a guide tells you to leave to a professional.
Our services, estimates and prices
- Service work is governed by the written estimate, proposal, work order, invoice or agreement for that job, including any warranty terms in it. If one of those documents conflicts with this website, the document for your job controls.
- Requests sent through the website are not confirmed appointments until we contact you to confirm a time.
- Coupons, discounts, rebates and Krinkie’s Club benefits are subject to the terms and dates stated with each offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers can’t be combined, have no cash value, and must be mentioned when you book.
- Utility rebates, tax credits and manufacturer programs are set by others and can change or end. We describe them as accurately as we can, but we can’t guarantee you will qualify.
- Financing is provided by third-party lenders, subject to credit approval and the lender’s terms.
- We may change prices, offers and services at any time. A change does not affect work you have already accepted in writing.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but it may contain errors or out-of-date information, including about codes, rebates and equipment. We may correct or update content at any time without notice.
